Lesson Policies:

1. Out of every ten sessions, course participants may cancel a maximum of two sessions. If a third session is canceled, the fee will be charged. This does not apply to vacations or business trips.
2. Cancellations or rescheduling of a session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the session being charged.
3. If the course is discontinued, the remaining fee will be refunded. The pricing of the attended sessions might however vary depending on how many you had booked vs. how many you attended. See our pricing page for more details.
4. After the first 45 minutes of the lesson, students have the right to withdraw from the course contract and forgo further lessons. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. This right is valid only up to a maximum of 60 minutes after the start of the first lesson.
5. Except for free trial lessons, all courses take place only after payment has been received.
6. Video and audio recordings of the sessions are strictly prohibited.
7. Private information is protected and will only be discussed within the context of the course itself.
8. Only one free trial lesson is possible per person or learning group.
